Patients find you
Your profile in the doctor search on beautyprotect.com is free. Patients searching there have already decided on the procedure — they are only looking for the doctor.

ClinicProtect: you insure every procedure yourself
Instead of leaving the decision to each patient, you cover all procedures in your practice under a tariff of your own. Term and sum insured are cut to fit your practice — one year or five years per procedure, for example. The decisive effect, though, is a different one: when a complication occurs you stand beside your patient instead of opposite her. You remain the practice that sorted it out.

We handle the admin
You create contracts online, individually or as a batch for many patients at once. If a patient reports a complication, the case runs through us instead of through your front desk.

Anyone with strikingly few complications over the years can become a Competence Center. We award the status from our own claims data — it cannot be bought, which is exactly why it is worth something.

What it costs you
Honest about the effort
Registration is free and takes a few minutes. Realistically it is not five minutes until everything runs, though: filling in your profile — description, photo, procedures, opening hours — takes about twenty minutes, once. Those twenty minutes decide whether patients find you or scroll past.
Everything after that is day-to-day: creating a contract takes minutes, and a claim usually costs you no time at all, because the patient reports it directly to us.

What practices ask us
What does working with you cost?
There are no fees for practices and clinics — not for registration, not for the profile, not for handling contracts and claims. We are paid by the insurers, not by you.
What exactly is ClinicProtect?
A tariff with which you cover all procedures in your practice instead of leaving the decision to each patient. Term and sum insured are cut to fit your practice — one year or five years per procedure are common. Terms follow from the volume and are calculated individually.
Do I have to actively raise it with patients?
No. Many practices mention the cover during the consultation because it fits the duty to inform. You are not obliged to — patients can also take out cover themselves.
What happens if a complication occurs in my practice?
The patient reports the case through her customer account. We clarify the process with her and, where needed, with you. Wherever possible we settle directly with your practice, so the patient does not have to pay up front.
Does a complication count against me?
A single claim says little — complications are part of medicine. For Competence Center status we look at the rate over years, not at individual cases.
Can I have my data deleted again?
Yes, at any time. Your profile is voluntary and can be taken offline or deleted on request.
